Dhampire (called a dhampir or dampir in regular English, pronounced dam-peer rather than with the "pire" part) is another type of Vampire. Described briefly by Yukari Sendo this Vampire variant is an individual born of Vampiric and human parents. Because their genetics are not pure, which is a point of pride for Vampires, these individuals are ostracized and shunned by their pure-blooded bretheren.
